Paulette Johnson's experience as the Supervisor of a media & mail distribution center for a major New York law firm, taught her the ins and outs of maintaining costs for corporate America. After several years of handling administrative and support services for attorneys, she is ready to put that knowledge to work for us. Paulette's duties include: meeting and travel planning, project managing, and logistics coordinating. We are grateful to have her as our Virtual Office Manager.

With 12 years of successful Customer Service Management, eight of which was spent as a department manager at a national retail chain, Robin Manuel brings an impressive track record of providing superior customer support. Jarreid E. Johnson, our resident Technology Guru, offers several years experience diagnosing and resolving technical situations. He is currently expanding his knowledge base to include Apple's OS X, and networking protocols.
